Doug & Jason are the two stakeholders of ACC. They both have extensive experience in Construction Management and Project Estimating. Doug & Jason set the goals and direction of the organization and are the key decision makers in seeing that the clients and their representatives all have their needs met. These guys are committed in providing our projects with the necessary management oversight to pull from their experience and to use the safety and certified specialists in our crews to see that the work flows smoothly, effectively and through a single point of contact. Doug & Jason will work tirelessly for you, so you don't have to.

Dave Hunt is our special projects administrator. Although Dave might not work full time as he tries to enjoy the semi-retired life; Dave helps out at our headquarters with everything from certified payrolls to keeping our mini-fridge stocked with snacks from the local box store. Dave's cheerful demeanor and superior sense of humor is just what we need to kick start our days at the office.
Ben Musielak is the "Director of Personnel" for ACC and makes sure that the crew, the clients and the owners have what they need to perform their duties at the highest, most efficient level. If you see Ben on the highway, give him a wave.
Chad Strong is a new project manager to ACC, but not to the industry. Chad comes to us after spending the past 7 years with another commercial GC and prior to that he spent 14 years as an APM with the local power company. Chad also brings with him a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration which helps in the office when it comes to our day-to-day operations.
Our employees have decades of construction experience; much of those years garnered right here in Juneau and the outlying communities here in southeast. Most of the crew has comprehensive training in a variety of construction programs through the local union. Many of our employees also hold current CPR/First Aid, MSHA, OSHA and Health Certificates. Our crews are dedicated to performing their duties at the highest level possible, all-the-while being as safe as possible. ACC prides itself in having no lost time incidents in over 200,000 hours worked and we're striving to continue these safe practices into the foreseeable future.
